My dash cam wasn't working, I went to see Jacob Lim and he got it fixed ASAP. Whenever I need help Jacob Lim is always willing to help anytime and very kind. Thank you to Josh Yang for fixing my dash cam, he was very knowledgble and kind. They go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you again Jacob and Josh.
Service Manager Adrien Bouchard likes to ignore customers. Doesn't care to respond back. Waited over a month for a response. He must be so busy takes him months not to reply back.... Didn't know being a manager was so hard that he has no time to respond back to customers so he chooses to ignore them. It's easier to get on a waitlist for surgery and have the surgery completed in Vancouver than getting in contact with Adrien. One thing he doesn't forget to take his coffee break or his lunch break....
Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff, especially Leon Cruz. Thank you, Jacky Ku, for your help when the van stopped.
