Took 6 calls and 2 voicemails, 4 hours total, then literally had to tell the receptionist to get up off her (explicitive), walk over and tell the service department to pick up the (explicitive) phone and finally got my answer which is that my car is in fact out of warranty. That's all I wanted to confirm. Thanks for the terrible service 👍
