I bought my first Benz at this dealership and did not have a good experience but Two years later and the managment and staff completely changed. It was a full sweep. I met Reza and he was able to get me in my new car with the rate and fit I wanted. I would highly recommend him for any of your luxury vehicle needs. 5 stars for him! Also, Mikayla is great as well and will add any finishing touches you need done just the way you want it.
After have a tire blow out on the 400 last week, shaken to the core, my experience at Barrie Mercedes was incredible. Roadside assistance happily came to my rescue. Rolled me into the Barrie location where awaiting was Ron who was kind, had a car waiting to continue my journey north to cottage country for the long weekend. Grateful for their care.
Got diagnosis done on my vehicle. Was welcomed there with a great smile by Michelle and helped by the great service advisor Jeremy Burke. And the service manager Perter is great man with great leadership qualities. Jeremy helped me a lot gave me all necessary and detailed information about my vehicle. Rest of the staff is also very polite and friendly. Will be back again.
