We picked up our new Mercedes vehicle last week. Our salesman was Reza. Reza’s experience and expertise helped us again. This was the second Mercedes vehicle we have bought with Reza’s help. Very disappointing experience. Purchased a new 2026 Sprinter 2500 and within days noticed a vibration at high speeds and a mirror that wouldn’t stay in place. After a service appointment, neither issue was addressed and management stopped responding. An independent mechanic rebalanced all four tires and immediately fixed the vibration. Embarrassing for Mercedes-Benz. I would not recommend this dealership!!
I bought a new Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz Barrie in mid-August. It was a terrific experience. The sales rep Reza was a total professional. He was charming (in a good way!) and took time to explain everything about the car. I appreciated his honesty and the kind manner that he dealt with me. I would highly recommend him for anyone shopping for a Mercedes. It has been a great experience and I love my new car.
