I brought my car in because I was having a hard time getting my manual shift VW Beetle into reverse. I was told the shifter was bad and it needed to be replaced which I agreed to. After less then 200 miles the car couldn’t shift into any gear at all. After bringing the car to another shop I found out that the shifter was never replaced and the original broken one was glued together with JB Weld, very dishonest way to do business.
This shop is staffed with profoundly talented technicians and mechanics. The expertise of these young men are beyond their years. I've had my German cars serviced and maintained here and I'm fortunate to have these young men. Not only am I supporting local business, I'm supporting the craft of expert mechanics for a generously fair price and truly salt of the earth people. I'm just a long time customer that's expressing gratitude for the good souls behind the business.
Everyone knows the Mercedes cars very well. This shop handles it all and they are very honest
Dishonest shop that charged me for Mercedes Genuine parts as I had requested; however, they installed Low grade Aftermarket parts that caused major damages to my vehicle. They are not professional and are Not Honest.
I love how accommodating this place is. The service is GREAT!!
