Cassie was excellent to work with, after a really bad experience at Mercedes Botany she was exceptionally helpful and very kind, she looked after my Mercedes and myself with such great care. Only dealership for me and my family.
Have utilised MB Auckland's services several times over the last 18 months. The service advisors I came across, Mr Nelson Ng (who left earlier this year), and Mr Neil Kumar, are both fabulous. The workshop told me exactly what was needed and how to go about the process. And even delivered the car back to Matakana, a drive of an hour, where my house is. I was kept informed every step of the way. Looks like I will be a long term customer. Highly recommended.
Just had my time completely wasted by these guys. Was treated so disrespectfully and was basically told I wasn't allowed a test drive when this had been booked in and I had taken time out of my day to do this. I currently have a c63 amg and that is my second Mercedes I have owned so I am not so.e timewaster tire kicker. Will never buy from these guys again and instead take my business to another dealership in future
