As we travelled from South Carolina to Michigan we encountered an issue with our Sprinter RV and just so happened to find Coppus Motors in Tiffin, Ohio and was 20 miles away from where we were. We had no idea if the service department would be able to help us, however upon pulling into their parking lot and speaking with Pat, the service advisor we were pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit us in right away.
