Friendly and professional team. But completely failed to resolve the issue with my car. I was very disappointed to have been fobbed off with only the first level of fault resolution when I had been very clear that the fault (which turned out to be a faulty ignition coil) was still there and happened when the engine was under stress. It took weeks to get my car back after your repatriation partner left it half way at Beaconsfield Services and it took another week to get another recovery company to get it home. The whole process was both smooth and efficient. Great communications at all stages and exceptional friendly service from the young lady that handled the front of house for my service booking. I think her name was something like Surrinder but (sadly) at my age my memory is not what it was.
