Make no mistake, if you have a luxury brand bring your car here to repair. They have clean and organized facility, with proper waiting areas and convenient rental car agents! You won’t find this in 90% of other collision centers. The level of communication from drop off to handing over your vehicle is the expected standards if you have a MB, BMW or Audi etc…. Keep up the good job!
427 offer first class service and quality work. I would never think of going anywhere else. Neelam is knowledgeable and efficient and offers such a high level of customer care, she is the best 👌
I would have given 5 star for the quality of workmanship - I trust them to be perfect with high end cars / however third customer service is terrible- had my car for over a week without doing a thing but let it sit in their lot . Called emailed my assigned rep / did not get a response - no updated o. The status of my repair - I had to call thief signboard to get updated . Almost two full biz weeks to fix a small catch on my rear bumper .
