Unimpressed with the front desk staff and others inside. They were rude and dismissive, even when we thanked them after our MOT and service. We left feeling uncomfortable and not respected as customers. I don’t want to assume but it did feel as though our treatment may have been because we are from a different background.
Friendly, professional and timely could not ask for more.
