I took my 2011 ml350 Mercedes into Bob King Mercedes for an engine miss. two days later they told me it needed motor mounts. $2450.00 later the car was delivered to me. Same day when I drove it, there was no air conditioning, it vibrated like something in the engine or frame was loose and it missed so badly I was afraid I would not get it home. my wife and I were looking for a Mercedes-Benz automobile and decided to go to this dealership. it was a pleasant surprise they were not pushy and they gave us all the information we needed, allowed us to test drive the vehicle, and gave us a detailed description of the car and the many options that it had. the sales representative took his time with us and make sure we had all of the information that we needed to make a good decision. as a matter of fact we ended up buying a car from the dealership.
