Absolutely fantastic experience here. Dean was wonderful. Highly highly recommend him. Purchased a Mercedes Sprinter. Called to check if they had one. He texted me and immediately greeted me when I came in. Process was quick and he was very knowledgeable. Went out of his way multiple times to be helpful and make things easier on my wife and I. If you go here to buy a car- ask for Dean. You will get great service!
The vehicles are great however the customer service not so much. It seems the customer service at the service dept seems out of touch with the time a service will take. When I called to make the appointment they said it was 3 hours tops the day of the service I was told it would take 4 hours. Well long and behold it took 7 hours and I0 minutes to get the vehicle. This is just unacceptable specially when they don’t appreciate your time. Company will loose another customer to a competitor like Porsche or Audi.
