Billy and Greg in the service department have gone out of their way to keep my Mercedes Metris Work van smooth and on the road despite the beating it takes from my line of work. With a van like this, I would never dream of taking it somewhere else after working with them through issues large and small. All of the people here are friendly and helpful. It has a local feel. It’s the oldest Mercedes service location in the state I believe. Service departments at dealers have a stigma, but this one is exceptional.
