Well stocked pantry but this place has peeling seats since forever (at least 4 years) which makes me feel broke each time I come to service my car.
Absolutely hopeless as a mechanic i was disappointed with the service they only did half the job really recommend you drive up to Sydney Alexander Mercedes dealership to get you car serviced
When I bought my car, I was promised faulty SOS battery will be replaced but instead my calls were avoided, once car is sold, sales person simply forgot his promise and today after waiting for over 1.6 years I had it replaced by paying to another outlet. Very disappointing AFTER service.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received, particularly from George. He was incredibly professional, transparent, and built a level of trust that's rare in car sales. George was attentive to my needs and helped me make an informed decision without ever feeling rushed. It was a pleasure working with him, and I'd confidently send anyone looking for Mercedes
We had a mixed experience today. We normally had our car service here. Today George, who assisted us during the test drive, was very patient and calm — 4 stars for his professionalism. Unfortunately, our interaction with Indi was disappointing - 3 stars. He came across as quite rude, expressing frustration when we decided not to purchase, that we test-drove the car which cause the increase in kilometres.
