Was given a long list of things that "needed" to be fixed, quoted thousands of dollar to fix them at the dealership. Took my car to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion to fix the most urgent issues, who checked and told me the car was completely fine. Car has been kept in great condition, and yet suddenly everything needed to be changed after taking it in for a service?

I have had two very bad experiences with Mercedes‑Benz Canberra. The first time, I dropped my car off at 10:30 a.m, the receipt came stating the service time was 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. I only received my car after 3:00 p.m, and that was only because I called. If I hadn’t called, I doubt I would have collected my car at that time. Also, the problem was not fixed, I paid. Very disappointing experience. On 21st February, we visited this Mercedes-Benz dealership and paid a deposit to purchase a vehicle. While sitting in the lobby on a hot day, we took one drink and one small piece of cake that were placed in the waiting area. A staff member (lady in a black dress) approached us and rudely stated that the cakes were reserved for service customers coming on Monday and told us not to take anything further.
