Called to get a prescription from my dentist and was told I had to get my doctor to call one in. I have been receiving dental and had my appointment rescheduled and in the mean time I got an abscess. I called the doctors office to get one at 8 in the morning when they were opened, I went to pick it up at 3 thinking it would be ready and it hadn’t even been called in.. called the doctors office to find out why and they said they would bring it to dr maki right away .. My husband and I both recently established care with this provider. We were pleasantly surprised at the personal interest Mercedes showed in us. We didn't feel like we were rushed and she provided options with enough information to allow us to make decisions without feeling looked down on. Unfortunately not all providers treat their patients like humans which has been our experience in other clinics, but we felt completely comfortable with the entire staff here.
