If I could I would give negative stars saw the driver pulled over and is screaming at the passenger who is leaving the hospital happening as we speak why is he still employed looking at ur reviews and after what im currently witnessing he's still employed!?

Called 3 times after he cussed me out! He blocked my calls! I never cussed him out! Or was rude to him! I will be going to the cab location and tell them first thing tomorrow morning what this driver said! I was in danger and all he did was jeopardize it!

This Family Taxi Service has always been on time and never let me miss an Amtrak train or any time I needed a ride . They have always been at my door before the time of asked . People leave mad reviews because they are inconsiderate and selfish of the fact that the driver at the time depends solely on themselves to get each person to each destination , so they will not be able to come at the drop of the dime because it’s so many people calling at once to get a ride , the wait will be a min .But if you call ahead , like an ad... read more

Just called to book a taxi, the guy who answered was very rude from the beginning, started screaming at me asking where my address was and then hung up on me

Very rude over the phone after I told him that I was ordering a taxi for someone else and I repeated what he told me. He got aggressive then ended the call.
