Amazing staff and Doctors. Very informative.
i absolutely love how the staff takes care of me! Their service is amazing. I even drove all the way from McAllen just to receive this kind of detailed, professional, and caring attention. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I may be a little stubborn, but they are true professionals. Thank you for the outstanding care!
ANTI-VAXX CONSPIRACY THEORIST I had a simple appointment for the cold, and Doctor Carlos R. Villalta told me never to get the COVID vaccine. He said it doesn’t work and that “we don’t know what’s in it.” The staff up front apologized and said “that’s why we had put you with the nurse practitioner.” Seems to me like they know he’s a problem.
Horrible customer service from front ma/receptionist. No professionalism whatsoever . They always loose important paperwork. “We can’t find it” is their “professional” response. Long wait times .
