I came for my appointment 10 minutes early and the lady at the check in window was so rude; told me to sit down not very nicely, inquired about the type of appointment that I had which was irrelevant and said that the staff were unavailable due to a Christmas party. What they are doing makes no difference to me however it costs nothing to be nice and be courteous.
