They do not try to help at all
They helped a family financially to move back into our apartment community. Mom and Dad both in the home. Non workers, child not registered for school, and not well taken care of. Yet, CAP and other government agencies keep helping them. So CAP promotes laziness, and pays your rent even with baby daddy in the home chillin.. smh Make dude get a job. Stop helping folks that don't help them selves.
Their Energy Assistance Program is a great help. Thank you!
Super grateful for community action agency in Merced. My caseworker I'm assigned with "Rachel" has been a huge help with everything from housing, appts ,to helping with my resume. She is amazing & has supported me this whole process!!
