My daughter has severe eczema an we had herd of break through in the treatment of this debilitating condition, which we had seen in a story on a current affair. Which we asked Dr Monica Mu if she could help us get a script for, only to be laughed at like we were idiots an hadn't done our own research over dealing with my daughter's condition since she was born. That place is a joke I thought I’m on some hidden camera prank show😂. Book for 9am a blood test then in 9:15 they charge me $ and only then told me that the blood test lady is not available and to come back after the weekend🤣. Then when I try to chat with the receptionist and tell her that’s it’s not ok she told me something like “you in Australia mate that’s how it is over here”😂😂. I thought she’s joking but she was dead serious. not sure why she assume I’m not from here maybe because of my beautiful caramel skin colour... read more

Exceptional service, extremely clean Practice. Dr Monica Mu's puppy dog was highlight of my visit "Fonzie" was quietly napping in the cnr of her office After patting him I instantly felt better :)
