Exceptional service, extremely clean Practice. Dr Monica Mu's puppy dog was highlight of my visit "Fonzie" was quietly napping in the cnr of her office After patting him I instantly felt better :)
Booked in with Dr Adam Ellerby for a hair consultant. Adam was very knowledgeable and explained the process of a hair transplant very thoroughly. So I made a booking and went ahead with the transplant within 2 weeks of the consult. Adam was very professional and made the process very comfortable and pain free, all pre and post opp care was very clear and made easy to understand! So happy with the end result and would highly recommend Adam! 10/10
Doctor told me to save my Penny's and go see a specialist, then they sent me to the wrong hospital, they pay more interest to there dog's walking around the clinic.
I would NOT recommend Doctor telling me to save my Penny's to go see a specialist.
I have seen all the doctors and some of the nurses at Mercato now, either for myself or my kids. They have all been lovely and gone out of their way to help, even getting back to me on the phone without further consultation fees, which is rare in my experience. It's generally easy to get an appointment and I have never had to wait for long for my appointment. And they have an adorable practice dog!!
