Very disappointing experience. My friend and I drove an hour to come to this restaurant, only to be turned away at the door because my friend was wearing a hat. My friend is bald, and the way the situation was handled made him feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. If there is a dress code, it should be clearly communicated beforehand rather than turning customers away at the door after they’ve driven an hour to get there. The experience left a very bad impression…
Great service, good selection and delicious food
I had such a wonderful first visit for a birthday brunch! Everything was amazing, and there were so many great options on the menu. Our server, Sara, went above and beyond and even added a birthday candle to my friend’s drink! The manager, Nicole, was so friendly and genuinely engaged in conversation with us. She honestly made the whole experience even more memorable. Such a great place. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
DJ Paul Markos made the night at Mercato! His music brought such a fun energy to the restaurant—the kind that makes you want to stay longer and keep dancing. A fantastic addition to the atmosphere. Would absolutely come back for another night with him! 💃🏻🎶
