We are long time customers. Even had party and dinner here back when Josh was still manager (he was excellent). Things have gone downhill since then, and it's constant issues. One time they sat us in the corner INSIDE, and we were still dripping in sweat it was so hot. Mosquitoes landed on my date's face. I was literally killing the bugs myself with my silverware napkin. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism from management. I book an onsite event reservation for 31 guest for my grandsons baptism luncheon. We were booked in the wine cellar for the event. This reservation was booked several months in advance and I communicated directly with both managers via phone and email. I received the menu and was clearly informed in writing that my event was booked.
