We were at Mercato this past Saturday night, and the place MUST be under new management - but not for the better. The energy was very chaotic and wait times on all fronts were way too long. Okay - so we’re here getting drinks and the bartender Anna is completely incompetent. Rude and disinterested throughout all our interactions. UPDATE: STAY AWAY! YOUR PATRONAGE IS NOT VALUED! When I did not get a reply from the owners or manager to my email, I then wrote a letter addressed directly to both owners and the owners have never replied to me. That’s 2 snubs to written requests. I think the public has a right to know that these owners obviously have no interest in customer satisfaction.
