Oof, made a reservation for 7:30 on a Saturday on the Thursday prior for my Mom’s birthday. She requested to go here, and I wanted to celebrate her here. At 7:30, we were told it would be a few minutes. At 7:45 we were told our table would be ready MAYBE in 15 minutes. At 8 PM, we gave up and decided to go somewhere else. Bad service, wanna be Italian food, manager had no control of his schedule. Disappointing.
We had 7pm reservations and were sat at our table at 8:30. Nothing comped and were disappointed with the management.
