I opened my business account with Mercantile after meeting the then branch manager now regional manager Carol. Excellent customer service, extremely personable and she surrounds herself with fantastic people. Theresa as the new branch manager, Katie, Adele, Andria and Heather at the North Branch in Cadillac, professional bankers but also friends.
