Not a fan. Their branches are not very geographically accessible. They deny people accounts when other banks (like Huntington) will accept them. I wish my workplace did not utilize them for HSA accounts and I will certainly be making that opinion known to my employer. Perhaps if enough of us voice our feelings about, we can get it moved because this bank certainly will not make changes to be easier to work with.

This bank has horrible customer service and does not cover fraudulent charges on debit cards like other banks as well as has a nasty attitude when you deal with them to try and retrieve your money I would not recommend them to any one..
