The entire team at the Park Row branch are fantastic. From the friendly tellers to Debbie and Karen in loan processing. My experiences have been surpassed by anything I received from my "other" bank. Some of the electronic/on line services are not there, but the personal attention you get from this group is well worth the not being able to "connect on line". Thank you Mercantile Bank!
