The hire the lowest of the low. – I will share what kind of people they hire at this place. My fiances ex-wife comes across a file of mine for some 5 year old hospital bill. Instead of trying to contact me, "to send bad karma my way" she immediately sends it to legal. Then automatically texts my fiance what she has done, gloating. EVEN FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY THEY ARE TERRIBLE – If it comes to a point in your life that a collection agency becomes a part of your life pray it is not this company.They are very underhanded and unprofessional. Arthur Dent is the best he got me back into School! Thank you Mr. Dent. – I recently wanted to go back to school. I contact the College and they informed me I had an outstanding bill and I could not register until I cleared up this account balance. I had no idea what the bill was from. Just a collection agency – If people actually paid their bills then places like this wouldn't exist!! Collections is a billion dollar industry fueled by delinquents!! Bottom line..........if you have bills....pay them!! If I had a debt I'd rather have it at a small agency like Mercantile rather than a large agency that could really screw me!!

what these people do has GOT to be illegal!!! – Some lunatic who had forgotten to take his meds called my 79 year old mother 4 times within a 24-hour period. My mother sd that she had never had an acct with the company that the caller (Bryan Evans) was insisting that she had.
