Frankie is an incredible coach both in the gym and out. Years of incredible experience. Provides a refuge to learn Muay Thai safely and effectively while still pushing yourself and getting better. Couldn’t ask for more in a coach or a gym.
Great gym to learn how to fight at all ages, I see kids from 3 years old to men and woman in there 70’s. Coaches are awesome and classes are perfect for learning or testing yourself, your choice.
Best gym in California. I miss the family the brothers and the sisters I build on this place and all the memories of ups and downs. This is the only gym I'll come back for in California cause they allow me to train till my heart and whole body shakes then challenge me for more. Amazing Place, I’ve been training Muay Thai here for nearly 2 years but since taken a long break bad have been back consistently the past month, I love this place, great people, equipment and amazing price.
