I cannot recommend Dr. Francis Mercado MD discovering that my medical records in his office were stolen with my identity. I am in Arizona where the healthcare professional’s have helped me become healthier and stronger than I have ever been. I have reported the identity theft to the proper authorities. This should never have happened. Nearly cost me my life. I cannot not trust Dr. Frances Mercado records. They are not mine. He never really saw me. Confused me with the person who stole my identity. Dr. Mercado was my primary care provider for many years until he moved up to administration. I've had a hard time finding a Dr. like him again. I always felt confident my best interests were his priority. He's the best Doctor I've and I wish he was still seeing patients! Congrats to his new job, well deserved!
