I have never felt strongly enough to complain online about a business or professional but that changed today. I attended an appointment with a family member and found Dr. Mercadante's tone and demeanor throughout the appointment to be condescending and rude. He treated her as though she was a hypochondriac who was wasting his time even though it was his office that initiated this follow-up visit. I don't know what his reputation as a cardiac doctor is but his people skills could use help.
