My husband swears by this shop, they always do the right thing with our 2005 MLK 500 convertible. Recently the rear head rests deployed due to speed bump incident, Ft. I’ve been using my Mercedes dealer for many years to service my cars. I knew I was paying a premium but didn’t mind it because I knew the jobs would be done right. I learn over and over again what an excellent mechanic and person Rolston is. On Wednesday the ESP light came on, and my 2009 E350 would barely run. I called MB Roadside Assistance. I mistakenly thought I could only have my car towed to a dealership. I paid $400 for the diagnostic charge. The dealership ended up telling me I needed 4 parts replaced for a total charge of $13,000. I then asked Roadside Assistance to tow my car to Merc Werx. $1,200 and one replaced part later, my car was as good as new. If I had not sought the ... read more
