This is an excellent place. They were very nice, the receptionist was amazing and the staff in general. I took my car there in June 2025 and was resolved after few days. They gave me a spare car to use in the interrim. They give you regular updates and above all they fixed a fault I have been struggling to sort for over 2years with other Mercedes specialist.
Engine Management light came on so rang them. Offered a diagnostic test in three weeks time for £90. Asked if it was ok to drive til then. Said "no idea" and that was it... Local garage taking it in tomorrow fortunately.
Superb service on our Land Rover and updated the digital service record which alot of garages cannot do. Also investigated and sorted a niggly issue with heat shield. Top service from the staff on the desk keeping us updated and the mechanics carrying out the work. Washed the car too which was much appreciated

First time using the garage having got a new car. Whole experience was excellent from the reception team organising and quoting to Paul the mechanic carrying out the work. As the car was new to me he even walked me through a few things he noticed during the gearbox service that needed some attention. Which helped me map out what further work I would require. Will be going back soon for a service and some adhoc bits. Thanks everyone today.
