I've noticed people have been giving 4 or 5 reviews here, but I don't agree with it after my experience, having been there a few times and myself. About 4 or 5 years ago, I had an ABS fault on my Mercedes E280. Ash did the diagnostic and "repaired the fault" obviously the job was not cheap. After a short while the ABS light came back k again and steering was heavy again... basically I've had to pay 3 or 4 times for the same fault and it's still there!!!! Popped in for a MOT and was sorted very quickly.
I recently dropped by Merc Assist without a booking and explained the issues, and challenges I struggle without car. Despite the short notice, they resolved everything quickly, within a day or two, and at a very reasonable price. Tosh was professional, efficient, and I’m grateful for his quick response.
