By far the best mechanic in Leicester. I took my Mercedes to Ash at short notice. He was able to find the issues and repaired it on the spot. Very professional and wow do he know his cars. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else for my car. Highly recommended. Thanks ash I really appreciate you Nish
After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to try my luck and went to MERC Assist on last Thursday. I had issue with my Mercedes GLC read end getting drumming noise when drive on the pavement. Owner of Merc Assist - (ASH) personally diagnosed the issue and within 15 minutes he has fixed the issues which many of the other garages couldn't fix it. He was very professional and genuine guy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommended this place and I would say ignore all the negative comments.
Rang for a price for a b6 service and mot on daughters A35. Had to get prices from mercedes and he'd ring me back. No call so rang back following day to be told mercedes parts dept were closed for stocktaking but , and his exact words were, "100% i'll ring you in the morning". Guess what? Still waiting for that phone call for over a week now!!!! Meanwhile car has had its service/mot somewhere else. Wont bother with Merc Assist again!!
