I called them to check out my maytag dryer's door. it was just a matter of adjusting it because it was not closing properly. The repairman/owner (Mark), said it needed a new part that would be about $60. He called the parts store and they supposedly told him they only had one in stock and he needed to go now or they would have to wait to order new ones and it would take about "3 months" to get the new parts!!!
