If I could leave negative stars, I would. PSA- do not take your vehicle to Meramec Tire in Sullivan. We recently took our VW Atlas there to fix the heating/cooling system. They said they diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it, and the job would take two days. We did not get our vehicle back for over two weeks and in that time they did not call with an update or let us know what was going on, we had to call them. Had a bad vibration and a noise. Wrote everything down just in case the tech forgot. Then 2 days pass and we get a call saying 3 engine mounts are bad, told them go ahead and replace 500$. Got the car back in a week, drove it home. The next day went to Washington on 44 and had a bad vibration going 65 mph and had a squeaky/metal noise. Called and asked what they found with the vibration. They didn't do nothing for it.
