Was in need of a emergency service 2 hours before they closed, a simple tire change from a blow out and they couldn't even provide that service i will never use this shop or recommend anyone to go there they couldn't even do a 5 min job the man on the phone acted like he didn't even care to work there! Straight jokes can't even do a 5 min tire swap but say you run a tire shop!
Excellent service. Their parts manager is a miracle worker.
My check engine light was on. I went to auto parts store to get a free check engine done. Came away with the info, called Meramec tire. It did take a few days to get in, but they called me within a couple hours. Car was fixed and it didn't need the part the report said. I had a mouse or chipmunk chew thru wires LOL. They could have replaced the part and charged me for something I didn't need! Nice to know we have have an honest longstanding local company!
These guys are exceptional to work with every time I come here. Really love the quality and speed of service.
