This was a fantastic experience, even with the technical difficulties. Our tour guide, Brady, was amazing, polite, and had all kinds of cool things to tell us about the cave. The tech issues were simply updates and not the fault of the staff. The light shows are beautiful! Again, just an overall amazing experience.

It showed open on google and we drove 4 hrs to end up seeing a closed board at the location.They were multiple cars returning back seeing its closed.
