Katherine and Dennis AKA (beans) took such great care of me. They where genuinely interested in my wellbeing. First responders are troopers when handling high stress situations. My situation was not high stress/risk but they treated me with professionalism. Talking with me to make me feel a little more calm, explaining what would/ is going to happen with the care I would be receiving. The world needs more people like Katherine and Dennis. Update: I filed a complaint against them with the BBB. I was out of town at the time and missed my window to respond to their non-sense. Their reply was categorically false. They will go above and beyond to lie about things in order to maintain their position. I recorded all our calls with these clowns and could easily prove that they are lying had I not missed my 7 day window to so. See you in court. #### The care we received when in need was good.
