Absolutely never use this company. A "quick info" meeting that was supposed to take "ten minutes" turned into 2.5 hours of them refusing to leave and pushing us to sign a contract, regardless of how many times we told them we were not signing anything and needed to think things over. I was completely undersold on my system. I waited almost a year for installation to be complete. I was paying my solar AND electric bill for months AND I still am. I couldn't get ahold of my rep after installation.
I have been waiting since April for my solar panels to be activated from start to finish. This is the end of October. I am paying my electricity bill in addition to my solar panel bill. Very discouraged. Unfortunately I recommended my daughter also.
