I have sat on hold for the last month four or five times for over an hour at a time. I just hang up in frustration. There is no excuse for this kind of customer service when someone has an issue.
This company has no respect for no trespassing signs. They also do not respect the Lynn Haven ordinance for peddling. They solicit illegally without Lynn Haven Permits.
Ordered it to be put on my garage ... it was installed on my Double wide. It never produced enough to replace my power bill.
Buyer Beware! I seriously moved to a rural area for a reason; not to be solicited by uneducated seller representatives. Did not disclose about home owners insurance til after I made the call to our homeowners insurance and if we did put them on; there goes the rebuild of my home if a disaster acquires. Secondly; mechanic's lein will be put on your home because your paying for the labor of installment. Meraki; I highly suggest you don't send uneducated representatives to innocent people's doors. Do not use this company!!!! They have used my daughter. Her bill to power only went up. Along with the bill for the panels. They left a huge whole in the roof during installation, and installed panels in the shade. When trying to contact anyone for help she gets no where. One year later now, she is losing her home thanks to the extra bills from this company. Better business bureaus and lawyers will get them soon. Do heed my advice, stay away from them.
