Really I would like to give zero stars I pay more now than I did without panels, plus a loan payment. When you try calling the office no one answer, and even called the managers card and the numbers from Hawaii.Really upset with them.
I only had the solar panels for two months and they stopped working, I work out of town so for four months they wouldn't come out to fix them until I was there to go outside and troubleshoot them myself, turn the whole system off before they'll even set an appointment, and after that it took them a week and a half to send someone to get them working. Mind you they were making a big deal if it wasn't warranty related i would have to pay, after two months??? It ended up it was fuses, awful customer service that cost me money d... read more
