I’m going to keep it 100! This company will overcharge you most of the time… unless you’re good friends/family with a sales person. Solar IS a GREAT idea especially for anyone living in El Paso that uses a good amount of electricity. The problem with this company is they do whatever they can to water down the true cost and technology they use behind their products and I can’t blame anyone falling for it!!! Malisima experiencia con Meraki me arrepiento mil veces de haberles comprado, ahora pago 2 recibos El paso electric y los paneles, ellos solo quieren vender no les importa el cliente, fui muchisimas veces a sus oficinas , la puerta la mantienen cerrada y después de mucho tocar sale una señorita con mil excusas pero no me da el pase a la oficina. He dejado mis datos y nadie se comunica conmigo.
These guys sold me broken panels and also didn't deliver some electronic components for the solar panels to actually work so they've been sitting for years taking up space doing nothing
I am extremely fed up with these representatives visiting my neighborhood trying to hard sell me on their solar panels. They don't take no for an answer. They will set you up with a $350 dollar monthly payment plus the electric company will still charge you $200 a month. Meraki doesn't install. Meraki doesn't troubleshoot. They only rake in the cash. Beware this company!
Hi, My father has been dealing with this company one of their sales man called me in California to help my 90 year old father fill out an application to see it they could help him well they failed to tell him it was for a loan and he asked me to increase his income on the application so he could qualify.
