Bad customer service, never explained anything to me on how this system works,
Horrible company!!!! We have been dealing with them since March. The whole process was very sketchy. And now we are paying for both a huge PNM bill plus a huge solar bill!! No one contacts us back what so ever. DO NOT GO WITH MERAKI. very unprofessional ppl to work with. Funny thing is before it was installed, several different people were calling me back to back trying to schedule me!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They sold my mom and dad on solar and now the company they worked with, Solcius had filled bankruptcy and I called Meraki to ask what we do and the rudest lady told me that our contract was not with them it was with Solcius. I tell people looking for solar, if you see meraki solar run they are no good. We have had nothing but headaches since getting solar with this company. it makes me sick to my stomach having my mom and dad not only pay for these panels, but they have a high electrici... read more
Won’t ever use this company since their employee Jacob is hateful and disrespectful, also they aren’t inclusive in their beliefs which is another turn off. Won’t recommend to anyone
You continue to come to my house and harrass me every single month claiming they aren't selling anything. I have told your guys over ten times to stop comming to my house. what do I need to do? I work nights as a healthcare professional and I am constantly harassed by unprofessional "non salesman" trying to sell me solar. What do I need to do to have your people stop comming to my house?
