Horrible! I wish we had done more research. Meraki put our solar panels on our new build (brand new roof) in 2023. Shortly after we had a new leak. When we contacted them for repairs we were told they went out of business. It turns out it’s hard to find a roofing company who is willing to do the repairs and remove and replace the panels, that’s usually left to the solar company who installed them. Bad bad bad
This company is full of scam artists they come and put the panels on your roof so your locked in to the contract. But they never come to finish the work. Then they lose funding from the bank. Yes the bank it's not free like they claimed. The rebates do not cover the full cost like they say it will. I took multiple days off of work waiting for them to show up they never did. I bought solar system from Meraki in 2021. Solcius installed solar system. My solar stopped working on 1/29/2024. I have contacted Solcius several times thru e-mail, with no response. Called an 800 number I found on BBB site for Meraki. Spoke to an individual who told me Solcius is no longer in business. Therefore I have to find a solar company to repair my system, I have to pay for repairs. Beware if Meraki is knocking on your door. Meraki makes promises they can not keep. continue to come to my house and harrass me every single month claiming they aren't selling anything. I have told your guys over ten times to stop comming to my house. what do I need to do? I work nights as a healthcare professional and I am constantly harassed by unprofessional "non salesman" trying to sell me solar.
