I have lived in the area for over ten years now and have failed to find a stylist where I left the salon feeling great about my hair...until now. I have been in to see Melanie three times and just love her! She really takes time to listen to what you want and delivers above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend!!
If I could give more stars I would but was limited to 5 ☺️ Meraki is a great salon! Atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Staff and owners are great! Melanie is an amazing stylist! I have had several services done by her and she has done an exceptional job. She is kind and goes above and beyond. She has done extension services on me as well as color and I have never had a complaint!! I also appreciate her flexibility in working around difficult schedules. Would highly recommend.
Had to give at least 1 star to be able to write the review but really it’s should be 0 stars. I booked an appointment online with Melanie for an appointment this morning on Tuesday night. This appointment was marked as pending. By 5pm on Wednesday I still hadn’t heard anything and reached out. I had to leave a voicemail. I finally got a response Thursday morning from another salon employee who did complain that the some of the stylists needed to get better at checking their online bookings. Was my stylist at her former location. She moved here but never told me (found out on FB). Contacted her and asked if I could still use her services; she agreed. Gave lame excuse why she didn't tell me she bought her own salon and left the former one. Came here a few times until my last appt. When I arrived, she handed me off to someone else who I never met before AND without my prior knowledge/approval.
