I went here today to get my nose pierced and I could not be happier with the service and the results. The staff there are lovely! I got my piercing done by Kris and he was the best! He made me feel super comfortable and was so kind! Definitely will be going here for when I want my cartilage done!
Great piercing experience. Don't come on a whim thinking you can just buy a replacement stud they have to sterilize them so if they are too busy you have to schedule buying a replacement.
Kris changed out one of my earrings and it fell out shortly after. I went back and Kris handled the situation wonderfully! He explained to me why it might’ve happened and replaced the back. He adjusted the earring so it wouldn’t fall out any longer and gave me advice if it happened again. Everyone I have dealt with at their studio has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their business.
Super nice and welcoming staff :) However, the pricing was a bit high and misleading...I needed a replacement for my nostril piercing, and was originally told $25, which seemed fair and reasonable to me. When I was rung up, the total came to over $55 due to the top and bottom parts of the jewelry being sold separately (???) and a charge for a piercing change. My daughter and I visited Meraki to upgrade our nostril jewelry, they changed it for us during our visit. Kris was our piercer and took great care of us — he was knowledgeable, patient, and professional, making the whole process comfortable.
