Had an issue where I lost one of the balls off of my industrial bar, I have sensitive skin and after shopping around online trying to find something of higher quality (and failing) I finally called this studio. They were super helpful, I came in fully expecting to have to purchase a full bar and the guy there said he could tell my current one was nice and I shouldn't replace it and I could just buy the ball from them. For cleanliness & friendliness Meraki gets 5 stars. Unfortunately for the piercings, it’s a 2. My first experience here I had my daith and tragus pierced. I have my other tragus pierced so I wanted them to match up. My new tragus does not match up to my first, and it is angled oddly, however, it healed nicely and I am happy with it. For my daith piercing, it bled, ALOT, and nothing was done to collect the blood or stop it from going into my ear canal. Took my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced here. Mary was absolutely fabulously! Mary explained every step and got my daughter's consent at each step which I truly appreciated! Mary engaged well with my daughter and made it clear my daughter was empowered throughout the whole experience. From the minute you walk in the door, the care is attentive and informative. My daughter left felt feeling heard and full of joy! Awesome place!!!
