I had an awful experience at this salon as an Italian exchange student in the US. Nobody took the time to explain how their pricing or services worked, clearly taking advantage of the language barrier and just choose for me the most expensive thing i could do. before coming in, I had a set of acrylic nail and instead of taking them off with an nail drill they ripped off my nail, making them weak and all ruined and hurting me so much. What a terrific find in Ormond Beach FL!! Very accommodating and easy to make an appt on their site. Clean environment & pleasant staff. So very impressed with Mai. Her professional touch was firm, which I personally like, yet soothing. She was engaging, yet gave me space to be quiet and enjoy her care. I spent 2 hours with her. My mani-pedi was very good followed by the Head Spa which was exceptional. When visiting Ormond Beach again I will definitely return.
MAI IS THE BEST!!!! She does amazing pedicures. Both my mother and i go to her! she also is amazing for the head spa!! Thank you mai!!!
I did their 2 hour luxury head spa and it was incredible. Snow was so attentive and did a really great job. It was a full 2 hours of relaxation! There was an obsolete coupon listed on the website and the owner graciously allowed me to match it to the discount rate of the current Groupons! Really great spa!
