First time I have used this salon. The receptionist was just lovely, refreshing. Wanted this stores stylist to rectify a disastrous cut from another company. The new stylist went through everything with me and I was able to walk out of the store with a great cut and feeling good. Thank you Courtney.
Service was great but the colour was not what I asked for. I asked for brown/caramel highlights and came away with white/grey chunky highlights. My hair was also not toned after the colour so was really upset with the end result. The cut was just really weird and looks as if it had been hacked at.
First time and received great service and a great haircut. They will be my regular from now on. Very happy
