Haystack hair at a high price. First visit to Meraki and won't be back. Told the stylist what I wanted, he nodded and proceeded to cut. Toward the end, I asked why he hadn't done what I asked im to do and he said it was the wrong way to cut my hair! Thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt as he added product (which I said would weigh it down but he disagreed). Just had a keratin treatment with Billy. As usual, it was a fantastic result. It is a really useful treatment for those of us not blessed with fabulous hair or any styling skills! A special mention for Laura on reception. I had a last minute problem with the trains the day before my appointment. She was incredibly kind and helpful in facilitating timing changes with Billy in order to allow me to still be able to make the appointment. Thank you all.

Charlotte was very helpful and kind.LOVED the massage chair during the hair wash and offer of a quick shoulder massage beforehand. Such a nice welcome. Also spoke to Jack regarding some treatments and he was very helpful also. Thanks all.

I booked in for a half head tint and cut which I have had at this salon quite a few times before. The last time the stylist told me the colour had lifted enough and so didn’t need a toner put on it (that’s the first time I had never had a toner put on) I noticed after that appt the colour faded quite quickly and looked dull. This time I paid the half £66 for cut and tint and again the stylist said oh I don’t think you need a toner as the colour has lifted. I have gone to so many different hairdressers over the years who can just never seem to get it right, but Charlotte listened and completely understood what I wanted. I have been for a cut and balayage with Charlotte and both times walked away feeling so happy with the results. Charlotte is super friendly and welcoming and made my experience at Meraki very relaxing. I am moving out of Exeter in a few months but I can definitely say I will be coming back just to get my hair done here!
