I have been going to this salon for almost three years. The quality of the service was great, but I recently had a customer service/communication issue with the stylist. The stylist canceled on me within 14 hours before my appointment due to a lack of supplies. I tried to respectfully communicate my concern about the last minute cancellation and the stylist refused to reschedule me/immediately told me to find a new stylist. I have been a supportive client and didn’t do anything wrong.
This was my first time coming to see Kristin and she absolutely slayed my hair! Her blonding skills are 10/10, and her vibes are immaculate. I will be coming back!
Kristin does an outstanding job on men's haircuts. Other beauticians have complimented my haircut.
Kristin is great, as always!
