I recently attended an intro to pole fitness class, and I can’t recommend it enough! As someone who is shy and introverted, I was initially nervous, but the vibe of the class was incredibly welcoming. The instructor is truly amazingly authentic and supportive. She has created an amazing environment here. I had a great time learning new moves, and I’m already looking forward to returning for another class. If you’re considering trying pole fitness, this is the place to go!

I’ve been to two classes at Meraki Haus so far and I’ll definitely be coming back! The studios are so clean and gorgeous! I’ve taken both pole and intro to Lyra and both classes were very intentional and well thought out but most of all so fun! I really enjoyed both Jenna and Erika’s classes. The time of both classes is perfect for me because I usually get off work around 6 and I had time to go home and still make it to class in time even driving from an hour away.
