I had the absolute pleasure getting a last minute appoinment to have my hair done on 11/1/25. I called from the airport and Kim was able to accomodate me at the time I requested. When I lived in NJ she was my go to professional for all hair care services. It has been over 20 years since I last was in her chair and I made sure to let her know I always left with my hair looking beatiutiful so of course she was my first and only option. Tatiana has such wonderful customer service, very sweet!! I love my haircut.
The best spa experience, and even though my first language is Spanish, they made it easy for me to speak with a lovely lady who helped me and answered all my questions and requests. The prices are the current ones on the website, that's another star. The place is very clean. The service is very warm. The professionalism is top-notch. And the music, oh my God! That's the best, I loved it!

Ridiculous service and policy. Super unprofessional and would never go there again. I have been there few times due to convenient location and this time I called for an appointment for next day and girl on the phone immediately gave me an appointment and asked for card number, she said they need to have card on file for all the appointment and never mentioned anything about cancellation policy.
