My mom did a hair treatment (keratin complex) at the salon with Jenee (hairstylist) in July 2025…..& we followed the exact instructions given after the hair wash…. But we were surprised to find that the treatment did not work at all. We were super disappointed & called the salon to inform expecting some solution ( coz we paid $300 for the treatment). I’ve been coming to this salon for a while, and I just have to say, Tatiana is truly amazing! She does my color every month, and as a blonde, I know it’s a lot of work to keep it looking fresh and natural. Tatiana always takes her time, pays close attention to detail, and makes sure the color is absolutely perfect every single time. Rude
Don’t buy Groupon for nails, they don’t have nail artist to give you appointment and you will end up with expired Groupon on. It is ridiculous that owner keeping on selling Groupons when they did not have nail artist to provide the service.
