My dad signed me up for this gym a year ago, I was around 320-330lbs with high blood pressure, constant migraines, and very severe depression. I'm currently around 276? No longer have migraines, got a new job, and am doing better overall. Before my job I went 5-6 days a week and every class was fun, glad my dad signed me up.
I started coming to this gym a year ago. It was the best decision of my life!! I came in right after Physical Therapy because I hurt my lower back really bad. Sonya was heaven sent in reconditioning by back through strectches and caring!! My back is stronger, less pain and discomfort! Not to mention that my body has experienced a huge transformation and at 60 I look and feel amazing!!! Thank you Sonya!!!
Trash gym with disrespectful owners. Find a different gym, there is plenty.
Have been looking for a group fitness program and glad I found this place. They definitely push/motivate you. They are not like other places that don't correct you if you're doing something wrong. Definitely love that they offer a 7am class.
