Clean and bright facility and great to work out in. Very friendly staff and the semi private workouts allow you to be alone, or with others if you choose. Jh

This place is awesome! I had one last ounce of hope of attempting to lose weight or have weight loss surgery. I'm so glad I found this gym because Sonya made all difference! You need the right trainer to help you reach your goals and keep you on track, motivated. I'm not where I should be but nothing happens overnight. Everything takes time and I'm working hard to make sure I'm where I need to be in the expected time frame. Highly recommend!
