This place is awesome! I had one last ounce of hope of attempting to lose weight or have weight loss surgery. I'm so glad I found this gym because Sonya made all difference! You need the right trainer to help you reach your goals and keep you on track, motivated. I'm not where I should be but nothing happens overnight. Everything takes time and I'm working hard to make sure I'm where I need to be in the expected time frame. Highly recommend!
Best gym and personal training in downriver!
After I enrolled with Meraki Fitness I have lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I have gained muscle and lost inches. Sonya and Omar, my two fitness coaches are great. They are very encouraging and help push me to keep up with my workouts on a daily basis. I actually appreciate this time as my meditation for stress relief and wellness. They help me with great advice on nutrition and workout routines. I really appreciate this gym and strongly encourage folks to try it out.
