Amy is a wonderful and knowledgeable therapist. I have a case of chrondomalacia patella or “Runner’s knee” and have been suffering with this pain and discomfort for a number of years. I had seen two different physical therapists before this but Amy is different and what she recommended made an instant impact on my knee within a couple of days! I dropped in this past week while I was in O’Fallon on a work trip. Amy the owner was amazing, in helping me get going while I was there. All of the coaches and members were great! They were very welcoming and encouraging. This place is a hidden gem! If you live in the O’Fallon or if you are visiting, you should definitely check this gym out! 5 stars ⭐️!
It’s been a couple of years since I could participate because of health issues. Amy was great and made sure I adjusted my workouts so that I would be able to safely exercise. I would recommend Meraki to anyone. Thanks Amy
Phil is the extra shot of espresso I need to get going in the morning and I enjoy his company. His coaching is top notch and you can really tell he cares about the gym and it's members!
Heidi is a great coach! She always focuses on form and making sure athletes are working through movements properly.
